Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

 

  • When a Cancellation Is made 

    Cancellation Charges per person

  • Up to 30 days prior to date of departure-    Initial deposit amount

  • Between 15 days to 29 days prior to departure    50% of Tour Cost OR Initial deposit amount Whichever is higher

  • Less than 14 days prior to departure    100%

  • “The above mentioned cancellation policy is applicable on total package cost”

 

  • Also note that in case of any restriction/health issue( guest gets covid +ve), we will be avoiding charging any cancellation basis documents being shared .The credit note for the same amount will be issued which guests can use in future. During any amendment /cancellation - airline cancellation(wherever applicable) will be charged as per policies.

  • If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client:

  • No show No Refund.

  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

  • Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.

  • If we cancel the TRIP, only the TRIP AMOUNT will be refunded.

 

Booking Policy

  • We will confirm your booking within 24 hours.

  • In case of non-availability for the date, our team will get in touch with you to work out the best possible dates. Kindly bear with us as this industry does not work with real-time inventory view from vendor partners. 

  • If you wish to cancel before receiving a confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund.

 

Payment Policy 

  • 100% at the time of booking


 

Reschedule Policy

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  • Once the cancellation window ends, rescheduling cannot be done.

  • Each booking allows for a maximum of two rescheduling opportunities as per availability. After which, no further changes can be made to the booking.

 

  • Any price differences resulting from rescheduling, such as changes in seasonal rates or availability, will be applicable and will be communicated to the customer during the rescheduling process.

  • In the event that a customer requests a rescheduling but fails to attend the newly scheduled appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment, and our standard cancellation policy will apply
